Terms and Conditions

By renting from Fritz Float Shack, you agree to the following terms:

All participants must be 18+ years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Life jackets (provided) must be worn at all times while on the water.
Paddle boards must be used responsibly and returned in original condition.
Rentals are at your own risk. Fritz Float Shack is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during use.
Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Return and Damage Policy

Return Guidelines:

All paddle boards, paddles, and life jackets must be returned by the agreed rental end time.
Please rinse off boards if they’re muddy or sandy before returning.
Late returns may incur a $15 per hour late fee.

Damage Policy:

Renters are responsible for all equipment during the rental period.
Normal wear is okay, but significant damage—such as deep punctures, broken fins, or lost gear—may result in repair or replacement fees.
If equipment is lost, stolen, or returned unusable, the renter may be charged up to the full replacement value.
